If your question concerns your inability to login to your subscriber content, please review the following information first, as it's been our experience that this information resolves 95% of the login inquiries we get.

User ID
Your FULL first name and last name, all lower case, no special characters or suffixes. No spaces between first and last name; no prefixes or suffixes and no punctuation in the user name. We use the information you put on your order form as your login name.

Password
Your five-digit zip code as entered on your subscription order form. If residing outside of the US, your password is your postal code, however many digits (e.g. six digits for Canada, etc.). All letters are lowercase and there are no spaces in the password.

Important: Make sure there is no space between or after the user ID or password as this will cause the system to reject it.
