The following is our pricing structure for 2008-2009; this is followed by some additional important information in our Frequently Asked Questions section. Please read this information carefully; if you have any questions contact us

Playoff coverage is NOT included with any of the packages listed below and would be a separate subscription. This practice is IDENTICAL to what the Giants employ in that they bill subsribers for the season games, and if they make the playoffs, they bill separately for the playoffs.

We're pleased to introduce a fax delivery option for subscribers who don't have internet access but who do have a fax machine. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring your fax machine has sufficient toner and paper!

The following price structure and plans are for new subscribers and are effective as of July 1, 2008. Existing subscribers who signed up for multi-year subscriptions will receive the number of issues they initially signed up for.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

Q: Why doesn’t my subscription include playoff coverage?

A: Because we don’t know in advance if the Giants will qualify for the post season. We realize that this decision hasn’t sat well with some people in the past, but consider the fact that the Giants themselves don’t include the cost of playoff tickets in their annual invoices to subscribers because like us, they don’t know whether they’ll qualify for post season.  As such we follow the same model; we will offer a post season coverage package if the team qualifies. Our playoff coverage is optional.

 

Q: I just found you’re web site and I want to subscribe, but it’s in the middle of the year. Do you offer pro-rated subscription plans?

A: Our summer and off-season packages come as advertised; however, if you are signing up for a full year, we can start your subscription with the current issue and have it run through the following year.

 

Q: I need to change my e-mail address / mailing address. What do I need to do?

A: Please complete our subscriber services form as this will ensure we get your request. Please do not send an automated form that comes with your new service ecause we need a name to match with the email addresses.

 

Q: I signed up for e-mail delivery but decided I want to get print delivery instead. What do I need to do?

A: Contact us; there will be a prorated additional charge to switch back to print delivery (this covers the additional cost involved with the printing and mailing of a hard copy issue).

 

Q: I want to get both print and e-mail delivery. What option should I choose?

A: Please select the print option so that the costs associated with printing the newsletter, the envelope and the postage are covered.

Q: Why is the print version more money?
A: The additional money paid goes toward off-setting our printing and postage costs. 

Q: Is the content the same in both the print and e-mail versions of the newsletter?
A: Yes. We recommend though if you have internet access you consider the e-mail deliery format because not onoly do you get your issues quicker, but you can log on in between issues to get bonus material we produce such as breaking news, etc.

Q: Why should I choose e-mail delivery over print?
A: Several reasons. One, it's a lower rate per year. Two, you never have to worry about delivery delays due to the post office being closed for a holiday. Three, you can lkogin and download a PDF version of our issues directly from web site. If you're a commuter who likes to take your copy of Inside Football with you on the train, you can do so by doawloading and printing out the PDF. The PDF looks EXACTLY THE SAME as the printed version!

Q: Am I eligible to get the additional material you advertise for subscribers even if I'm a print subscriber?
A: Yes you are. the only caveat is you must have internet access as because of the anticipated volume we produce, it is not cost effective for us to mail this to you.

Q: I'm a current subscriber. How can I find out when my subscription ends?
A: Please complete our subscriber services form and allow up to one day for a response.

Q: I need to speak to a subscriber services representative. When is the best time to call?

A: You may call us at (732) 239-8533 any time; however, please be advised our office hours vary, and at certain times during the year, we experience greater call volume than usual. If you get our voice mail, please leave a message with your phone number; someone WILL get back to you within a business day if not sooner. The best way to reach us is via e-mail, as we have handheld technology which allows us to respond quicker. 

Q: When will my subscription start?
A: We will start your subscription with the current published issue unless you tell us otherwise. Many of our subscribers like to get our complete annual coverage and start with our first issue of the off-season. If howeer you start your subscription in July, you are not obligated to take the issues published previously. Just mention this in the isntructions box on our order form or when you speak to a subscriber services representative.
