Wayne Gallman’s signing leaves Evan Engram as the lone unsigned draft pick.
The New York Giants have signed running back Wayne Gallman, their fourth-round draft pick (140th overall) in the 2017 draft.
Per Over the Cap, Gallman’s four-year deal is worth $2.819 million with a $419,644 signing bonus.

Gallman’s 2017 cap figure ranks as the 53rd highest number on the 2017 roster, which on the surface makes him ineligible for the top-51 rule in effect until the start of the season.
Per NFL salary cap rules, all signing bonuses given to rookies count under the salary cap on a prorated basis, meaning that of Gallman’s $569,912 cap number for 2017, $104,912 of that counts toward the Top-51 number.
