How to Access Your Account/Reset Your Password

This page explains how to access your Inside Football subscriber account. If you have any questions, please use the form at the bottom of this page to contact subscriber services.

You’ll find a login screen on the home page of the Inside Football web site. Below is what the login looks like:

Logging in for the First Time

As this is a brand-new system, we have assigned every subscriber a temporary password to access this system. Therefore, the first time you attempt to access your subscriber account, you will have to reset your password to something you will remember.

Here are the steps to re-set your password:

Click on the FORGOT PASSWORD link (under the LOGIN button).

Enter your email address to request a unique password reset link sent via email. This email generally arrives within a few minutes after you successfully request it; however, sometimes it can take an hour or two.

If you do not receive that email within an hour of having requested it (and please check your SPAM folder to make sure it didn’t land in there), contact Inside Football Subscriber Services using the form at the bottom of this page.

If you have entered the correct USER ID/E-mail address, you will receive an on-screen confirmation as follows:

Here is an example of what the email message looks like. Within an actual message, you’ll see your USER ID, the actual link to the Inside Football website and a long string of words and characters that are unique to your account which will help the system quickly reset your password.

You will then be prompted to change your password. Once you have successfully done that, you will receive an on-screen notification AND receive an email confirmation advising that you have successfully changed your password. You will then be able to log into the Inside Football subscriber area.
